Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has a source for non-commercial GD boots?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kristin.

I'm confused. Do you want to know the source of a particular show - as in, "Who recorded it, and what equipment did they use?"

Or do you want to know where you get live recordings that weren't commercially released?

For the former, post the show and I'll see if I have it.

For the latter, there have been a few GD shows posted to the tracker: http://tracker.hipfans.com

Looking for live recordings to add to my collection (all I have is a couple I purchased from maplemusic). Would really like some more and figured there'd have to be some!?
Unfortunately, all the ones via the link you listed (I'd already checked) are no longer being seeded or are video.
Any other sources you can think of?
Thanks,
Kristin.

Just becase there isn't a seed right now, doesn't mean you won't get it. Start leeching the shows you want, and within a few days, someone should start to seed it for you.

Ok, grabbed the two audio files that were there — hopefully they'll be seeded.
I'm surprised there are only two live bits of Gord material available?
I thought for sure, with the semi-taper-friendly views of GD and TTH there'd be a lot more out there. 8(
Thanks though,
Kristin.

TTH & GD are more than "semi-taper-friendly"... but you still need to have fans who are tapers...

You should also put a request in the shoutbox on the tracker asking for seeds, and new GD solo material.

Welcome and Good luck!

Yea — i've found quite a number of references to live gord materials online, but no active links anywhere. So, I know they're out there...

I have one GD audio show from TT the Bear's, around 2003 I believe, that I'd be happy to make available through a B & P. I'm on my way to work at the moment, but when I get home I'll look to see what date it is. Feel free to drop a PM if interested!
