I have downloaded the November 28, 2004 show from the Civic Center, in Ottawa, ON. Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem with this file: tth041128d2_03_Blow_At_High_Dough.flac.

It showed up on the site as a 52 MB file, but quit downloading after 26MB, and when I play the file, it shows it as a 7:15 long song, but quits playing after 3:20.

I re-downloaded it three times, but the file was always the same.

Email their customer service. They have been quite prompt in returning emails regarding problem downloads. In the past they have fixed the problem with the file, and extended the download time period to allow you to get the file proper.

I had a problem with one of my files as well and I emailed them and explained the problem and they reset my 48 hours and I was able to redownload.

I am happy to report that after 10 days I did get a response, and the file was fixed. Took much longer than I had hoped, but they did come through.
