Torrents- how do you do them?

hello i'm new here and this topic has probably been discussed already so please accept my appology if it has been done before. i've been recording the hip since 99, i was wondering how to do the torrent thing on hipfans. i've already downloaded from this great page and intend to keep doing so but i want to share the wealth

i went to pittsbugh in october and i've got it in flac form so i've got it that far i just need to know how to put it up on hipfans
