I'm looking forward to this show! Anyone else going? I wonder if any new ones will make their debut?

Keep dreaming Flamenco, its nice to see another fan of Tiger. As for Lake Fever, that's still on my wishlist and won't leave it even after I've finally heard it live.

Lake Fever rocks live! I believe the last time I heard it was in Sudbury a few summers ago.

But I've not heard Are We Family in concert and can't wait until I do!

Ah well, rarities or not I do believe this will be one of the more enjoyable shows of the summer. The Hip, SRB, Sarah Harmer and Attack in Black!? For 50 odd bucks!? you can not beat that.

According to thehip.com it's officially SOLD OUT!!! I heard rumours around town that 15000 were sold, but who knows for sure.

I have no idea doug, i have noticed that the site for the show has been rather poorly updated. Half of the links just send you to Thehip.com

my bad lol, they have a DO NOT list on the homepage for the concert. www.bigmusicfest.com
I don't like the sounds of the do not bring your own food or beverages. For a lengthy outdoor show such as this people should be allowed to bring bottled water and snacks to munch on over the afternoon. I have a feeling we're in for a gouging from local vendors

thanks. I sent an email to the address identified on that site, we'll see what the response is. I'll let you know if I get one. I asked if it's possible to bring in sealed bottle(s) of water. Most outdoor festival type events allow each person one sealed bottle.

no, nothing. just checked a few minutes ago. I am going to bring seasled bottles of water anyway, worst case they tell me I can't bring them in.
