Hi all,
Not sure if this is the right way to post this type of request...
but I sorta fell off the hip wagon for a year or a bit, but I've recently picked up the box set and That Night In Toronto reminded me of an amazing Hip show I saw in Halifax during their Evening with the Hip tour, I think it was 2000, and the duet Kate Fenner sang with the guys on Yawning or Snarling which will always be one of my fav concert moments of all time.

I'd love to get my hands on a copy of, if not that show, one of the shows from that tour with Yawning or Snarling on the setlist. I've got a few Hip shows, but I really don't do much trading or anything, but from one Hip fan to another/others, I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out through B&P or something.

Thanks in advance.

Check out the tracker: http://tracker.hipfans.com

That song was performed at a number of the Evening With... shows in 2000.

I don't mean to be over-picky... but you DO mean Flamenco, right?

Flamenco is awesome when she sings on it

you rock

When I hear her sing "Take a look at this photograph" I fall in love all over again. I need to get a show with her on it. That was very nice of the Hip to let them on stage

The recordings from Toronto on December 3 and 23 are both very good, and have great versions of songs with her singing.

Both shows have been posted to the tracker.

Take a look at this pic.....Gord used to use this strap all the time but I don't remember seeing it for a while. Maybe even since they toured with Kate. Do you think it might have been a gift to Kate for her most angelic voice?

Chris,

Thanks for pointing me toward the tracker, but I'm having trouble finding either of those shows. What am I doing wrong?

Well Trevbo41, I'm not sure what you've done, so I can't really help you out.

Are you familiar with Bit Torrent? If not, start there with some Bit Torrent education.

After that, sign up for the tracker at: http://tracker.hipfans.com

After you've signed up, and have an understanding of Bit Torrent, and have installed Bit Torrent software on your computer, visit:
http://tracker.hipfans.com/torrents-sea ... incldead=1

This is the direct link to the search results for all shows on the tracker from 2000.

Hope that helps!

I havent heard the duet version of Yawning or Snarling. Would anyone care to seed the December 23, 2000 show for me?

TTH2000-12-23-TORONTO.torrent

It would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Lee
