Now that you mention it the copy on my drive looks like that too... I downloaded this performance off of a file sharing network, and the outro was cut off, but everything was in sync. The picture on this version is definetly more clear.

Yeah, I was going to mention the audio, but I didn't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, so to speak.
It's not lip-synched, the audio isn't in sync with the video. You can see it when Akyroyd introduces them. Not that i'm complaining, though, i'd only seen the "Grace, Too" performance occasionally in old re-runs of SNL, and i'd never seen them do "Nautical Disaster" at the end.
