It won't work. Is it because I only have windows xp home edition?

it just says "530 access denied"

Cant be a windows xp problem, I have xp and Ive never had that problem.

It looks like Jerremy, the site owner, is limiting access to the server. The full transcript from the server says:
530: User access not allowed. You are not allowed to connect on this day of the week. Please try again tommorow.
Control connection closed.
