converting flac to mp3

can anyone help me with converting flac files to mp3 format?

I found FLAC frontend easy to use.

Its pretty simple from then on, just a matter of selecting the songs and decoding them to a folder. Im pretty sure this program should also make it possible to play them in .FLAC format through winamp.

Keep in mind that FLAC Frontend only converts to WAV. You still have to encode to MP3 afterwards.
