Opening Ports??

Can somebody PLEASE help me. With all this talk of opening ports, I figured I should as well and i ended up screwing up my settings causing me to be offline all night. I'm back now, but I have no idea how to open these ports. here is a screenshot of where i think i am supposed to do it, but i dont know what to enter in. can somebody please help me out??? Thanks.

I did several searches, and i have raed that thread several times. As far as I jknow i dont have Azureus and I dont even know what it is.

what operating system are you using, i've got xp at home and could walk you through it when i get home.

I did everything in the link that gratts99 posted and it worked great. I now don't have a NAT problem and connect to trackers. It also helped improve my speeds. Maybe I'll finally get that Ottawa DVD to finish downloading!!

Seems like this port forwarding issue is causing a lot of people grief.
