Whoa... sounds like one supersweet lineup.

What's the sound quality like on this baby, if I may ask?

It's pretty good! You can hear all Gord rants (worth listening to more then just once)! Think i'd rate it as an A-

This show was actually at the Auditorium Center in Rochester. If its mine then it was recorded with:

Sennheiser MKE-2002 mikes > Denon DTR-80P DAT

FYI The Memorial Arena show was the following night in Buffalo.

Actually the name of the Buffalo venue was:
"Buffalo Memorial Auditorium"

Hey, to the fella that recorded this on a DAT: did you happen to record the band's performance in the same venue on 6.11.96? This was my very first Hip show and the recording I have leaves plenty to be desired. Just curious -

Hi Brian:

No I did not go to the '96 gig. I believe a friend of mine video taped it though. I'll have to check.

I think the video of which you speak is the audio source for the 96 rochester show.

Funny thing about 6.11.96: at the time, I was blown away, thinking it was the greatest concert of all time. In retrospect, 13 additional shows later, I realize that 6.11.96 was a pretty dull show by TTH standards.
