I'm a little late to this party and just bought the show a couple days ago. The CD booklet and tray insert don't fit for me either. Rory, were you able to find a way to re-size? It's a setting when you print from Acrobat. I believe you have to make sure that the Page Scaling setting on the print menu is set to "none."
