Hey Highlander,
How would you feel about putting your fixed file up somewhere so we could get the complete perfect show... Or for us Mac users - the complete show.
Thanks,
Jerremy

It's going up now. Hopefully livedownloads will put up a new file but I edited this .wav file in Cool Edit and removed the glitch and it sounds perfect to me.jerremy wrote:Hey Highlander,
Did you log in with the upload/upload account?
If not, what error did you get - what happened?
Thanks for trying to send it over.
Jerremy
The reason I am putting this file up is from request and I ask that only those who bought the show from livedownloads.com download the file to complete their show and cd's error free.
Jerremy..you will have to move the file to make it available but the filename is: tth040701d2_06_FIXED_Heaven_Is_A_Better_Place_Today.zip and contains the decoded edited wav file.

Don't know if anyone would find it useful but I created an Avery CD Labels template for the July 1st show. It's for Avery template pages 5931 but with their new software (download at www.avery.com ) you can import templates *I think*. I printed mine off and they look darn nice!

I will upload it to 100th meridian also.

So who here downloaded a good version (error free) of Heaven? I still haven't heard back from Livedownloads after two messages to them. Someone mentioned maybe it's because of the holiday, but that's only in Canada, and this is and American company. Right now I'm a bit ticked with them as I've spent my money and recieved a flawed product. Besides messaging them my issue (which I've done twice) what the heck else can a person do?
For anyone who downloaded an error free version, any way you could make it into a torrent file post the link? I'm not savvy enough to know how to do this, but if you are, cool, if not I'm sure there are a few here who could give you the proper info.
Anyone...anyone?

Who knew? Ok, well I'll cut them some slack for today then, as long as it gets fixed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Maybe the original source file has the glitch in it also and would have to be edited out the same as I and others have done successfully. Has this question been asked? I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the answer.

If I get no answer, I'm demanding a refund on my credit card. Just like anywhere where I pay for a product, I fully expect to get a complete, properly working item. With this glitch, this isn't properly working. If I had bought this at a store, I would be promptly taking it back...this should be no different.highlander wrote:Maybe the original source file has the glitch in it also and would have to be edited out the same as I and others have done successfully. How are you guys contacting Livedownloads? Are you simply submitting something via their customer service form, or do you have an email address?

Will you delete the show and discard the cd's (if you burned them) if a new clean file is not made available and you get your refund?
