Hi I am trying to use Ace FTP to connect to the 100th Meridian site and I cant get it to work. It will not make a connection.
does anyone know how to get this to work?

Usually Ace is the one that WILL work...Smart FTP won't.
I recommend just giving it time...I often have to wait a while to get on. It's going through the motions with three attempts to connect, right? If so then it should be working fine and the slots are just full already.
Just to be sure you got it set up right, here's what you should have...click the "connect to URL" button and enter "ftp://hip:[email protected]". The username and password tabs should automatically fill themselves in if you do that. Then make sure the "URL type" button is set to FTP and not Anonymous, and the port is set to 21.
If that's what you have, then you just need to keep trying!
