I'm new here as of this morning. I was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario and moved to Kingston five years ago, and have since adopted it as my new hometown. I just graduated from Queen's University, and in the fall I'll be going to the University of Toronto to do a master's degree. I didn't become a Hip fan till I was a bit older; there isn't the same kind of rabid fan base up in Thunder Bay as there is down here, and since the band never plays there I didn't get to see them until I was nineteen (at the second Minnesota State Zoo Amphitheatre show on the M@W tour, in case you're interested). Seen 'em five times since then, and have two shows lined up in the next three weeks (Ottawa Bluesfest and, uh, the Mod Club
); favourite albums alternate between FC, RA and D4N on a semi-weekly basis, favourite songs include "Escape is at Hand for the Travellin' Man", "On the Verge", "Emergency" and "Vapour Trails". Looking forward to some great discussions on this board!Steve
