1. Gord's gotta be in good spirits to be wearing THAT on stage
2. Was he singing most of the songs? I've seen a couple clips; he was singing both songs and he sounds great. Is "Blow at High Dough" back to being blow at high dough? Or is it still BLOOOOW?

Frig, I'm excited now.
There wasn't too much "screamo Gord" present...hard to say what Blow will be like, in particular, though, as it was part of the acoustic set and more understated than usual. Hard to say what it will be like if/when they play it electric.
After almost missing the show due to my rookie mistake of not buying a ferry ticket in advance, I parked and ran to the venue just in time for the lights to come down. Obviously I was amazed at the setlist, Opiated, The Luxury and Something On were some of my favourites of the night.

I made my account here 7 years ago and then forgot about it...
crazy.
Anyways, I took my 7 and 9 year old sons to the show in Victoria. It was their first concert ever. It was a pilgrimage that was worth every penny... Very special. Would love to know when any good video/audio is available as I want to get copies of it for each of my boys to keep... Got them each a copy of the newspaper. Whichever becomes the better guitar player gets my Hip #84 jersey...
Went to the Vancouver #2 show with my wife (sans children), and sat in row 22 right under the score clock at Rogers...
Two amazing shows - life altering changes... some expected, some unexpected. For example, I came home with an insatiable desire to do the dishes while listening to Greasy Jungle...
Anyways, rock on all...
I'm currently trying to tab out the acoustic intro Rob used for ABAC. I think I'm close, but only from my memory - Periscope has been helpful. Please msg me if you are a Hip fan who likes to play along on guitar - even beginners...
