Total spontaneous moment for me. Out of curiousity, I looked on the Mosaic Place website to see what tickets were available. Noticed there was a single ticket in the first row in front of Gord S. Weighed my options, checked my calendar, and bought the ticket. Will be traveling from Winnipeg to see Hip show number 7 for me, and third in a row in the front row!

7 hour road trip to see my favourite band for the 7th time = Perfect way to end the summer.

Nashville, Gus, and the Lookahead? Shocking that they actually deviated somewhat from the regular setlist. Hopefully this is a good sign for Calgary tomorrow night. A little variety goes a long way.

Great show as usual. For anyone going to the Vancouver shows, I talked to Gord Sinclair afterwards and he said they'll "have to dig a little deeper" for the setlists at the Orpheum.
