Very nice. I think it holds 980 or so, if I recall correctly. I remember getting to the theatre and peering through the door and not believing how small the venue was!!gambler wrote:I knew it was gonna be a great weekend when the missus and I checked into the Banff Springs just after noon on Saturday and ran into Gord Sinclair in the elevator. She couldn't figure out why I kept poking her in the elevator until he left... then she said, "Was that who I thought it was?" LOL! To top the weekend off, we ran into him again Sunday morning at brunch.
Banff show was a real treat. Not sure what the capacity of the Eric Harvie is, but it can't be more than a thousand. We were in row V (just a few from the back) but there wasn't a bad seat in the house. Good audio, good energy; good time. Gord went climbing through the crowd during The Last Recluse, and from our vantage point it looked like he was paddling through a sea of fans... quite cool.
