I downloaded a couple of shows DVD's Massey Hall and Utrech - however the audio and video become out of sync as the concerts go on. Is this a source problem or am I doing something wrong???

thanks in advance

I have not thrown those two on DVD yet - but I have not heard any issues.
I have run into the audio sync problem with tv shows - and updating my software solved the problem.

Tell us what you're doing and I'll tell you if you're doing something wrong. Detail the steps you took to get the show onto DVD.

I made the Utrecht one, and have the Massey one and both play fine for me.

hey chris - first let me thank you for all your hard work, and the quality on that Utrecht DVD is truly awesome. Basically I'm downloading the torrent, using nero 7 I'm adding the video files and burning them on to DVD.

I can almost guarantee that the issue is Nero 7.
I am almost postive that is what I run and I had to find an update for it - and now it has worked great for the past year or so.
Nero version 7.10.1.0 and later should solve the problem.

slow/old p.c and too fast burning speeds can do this.

You're welcome.

Try the upgrade. That might be the cause. And, as Vic said, try a slower burn speed - it's amazing how many problems that solves.

Are you burning as a video, or a data disc? I've found that burning as a video disc gave me issues so now I burn all my shows as data using DVD-ROM (UDF) format. (I'm using Toast for Mac so YMMV.)
