phpbb3 was just released - the long-awaited upgrade to phpbb2 which runs hipbase.

I just upgraded the forum at www.bangkoktobabylon.com/forum to phpbb3. The process was very easy.

phpbb3 is much more secure and faster vs. phpbb2. Certainly worth taking a look at phpbb3. vbulletin is rock solid ... that is for sure. Lots of good options these days.
