Hi,

A little off topic but I just went to the Allman Bros concert at the Beacon in NYC. Does anyone here trade Allman bros bootlegs and can recommend a site for me to find this concert for trade or download? Thanks.

Don't ABB release every show immediately afterwards through that Live Direct or whatever it's called ? You can usually buy a soundboard recording right outside the venue. Something TTH should try. Not sure about the Beacon, though.

You won't be able to download the show. The brothers don't allow torrents. They should have the show up to buy from their website from instant live at some point. Your best bet is to go to forum of their website. Here's a link:

Scroll down to the music section and take a look at the "live show requests", "trades", and "vines" sections. You can find all the beacon shows there. The people are pretty cool too, you won't have a problem getting a copy.

yep, i'd go to the web site and drop some e-mails to people that post they have the show. they were going to video all the Beacon shows and set up a site for viewing but i guess they decided not to at the last moment. that would certainly be the next step. instant dvd!! the hip would make a fortune doing that.
also, the ABB do the "instant live" recordings thru their tour but it seems the Beacon run isn't ran that way for some reason. They might make it available down the line.
