I have been using mkwACT for a couple of years now, but it's gone awry. It stopped working three weeks ago, and when I tried to delete it for re-installation, it refused to delete some of the elements. Now I have managed to delete the whle thing but it will not re-install on my computer. I have tried from multiple sources. So now I'm wondering what do people use OTHER than mkwACT to decode SHN to WAV? I really need help because, without mkwACT, virtually every FTP on the planet is useless to me because, unlike ours, most insist on only SHN boots.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't see anywhere to download anything...to me it's just a tiny, simple page with no actual mention of the software...??

Even the 3 links to distributors don't seem to offer downloads or useful info, they're just general corporate Web HQ pages.
