A few shows have been posted in MP3 to the Bit Torrent tracker:
http://tracker.hipfans.com
As well, there are a bunch of shows in MP3 available for free download through www.thehundredthmeridian.com's FTP site.

Chris can you tell me more about bit torrents? You have to load the software right? I use a laptop from work to do posting on the boards which I shouldnt be doing. So Im a little nervous to load software that I dont know what it is. But of course would love to get shows so could you tell me if its a good idea or not? thanks

Check this out:

And then: btfaq.com
And then... my preference for software is:
http://azureus.sourceforge.net
Bit Torrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing system, but unlike Napster/Kazaa/etc you share files with multiple users at once. And your download is proportional to your upload. This isn't a take, take, take system. The server tracks what you are doing, and admins (like me) can block you from the site if you don't play fair and share.

Chris, how large are the audio bootlegs and DVD's in terms of file size? I've got a download/upload limit of 10 GB's with my DSL provider and I'm curious how many shows I can download/share without going over that limit since my provider charges a premimum for going over it. Thanks!

DVDs are generally 4Gb, but you'll transfer 8Gb to maintain your ratio.
Audio shows are about 700Mb, but you'll transfer about 1.4Gb to maintain your ratio.
That seems like a rather measly limit, even with out torrents I'd be over that!
