TIPS FOR DOWNLOADING SHOWS

Hey everyone;
First - let me say thanks for the overwhelming support that you guys have given us. This has been a bit of an exploratory project, and it's looking like a resounding success.
A COUPLE HINTS:
when you download the files, it's important to test each song, and make sure there's no errors. We check very closely before uploading, but that said, over the course of a download, the internet can interfere sometimes, which causes files to be corrupted, or contain errors. Sometimes they won't decode, as some of you have realized.
If you notice one of the tracks won't decode, then first thing to do is go back to the show, and re-dowload that track only. Try to decode again. If it doesn't work again (very unlikely), then contact the customer service email. They will undoubtedly make sure you are happy.
Also, though they only grant access for 48 hours, should you experience any technical difficulties AFTER the 48 hours are up, get in touch with customer service, and they will allow you to make sure all your files/songs are working.
This technology is still somewhat new, as we all know. I think it kicks ass, and is only getting better. Expect to see revised "download Managers" in the coming months.
I hope this answers any/all of your questions. - but again, customer service is the best place to go.
Lastly, there was an initial error, in that "heaven" was mislabelled as "makeshift" from London (first song, first encore:) The revised artwork should be up momentarily (tonight for sure), and the song has already been updated on the site. Should you not want to re-download the track, simply re-name it on your computer, before burning.
Thanks again peoples. Please spread the word to EVERYONE!!!!!!
