ok i am sure this has been discussed before but is there a program everyone uses to burn flac files to disk i can listen with winamp but need to burn to disk

There's a couple things you can do. If you're using Nero go here: http://neroplugins.cd-rw.org/ find the FLAC plug in and install it. Then you should just be able to burn the files directly.
If you don't use Nero then you can go here: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html
From there you can download and install the whole FLAC package which includes a WinAmp plugin and a conversion tool. The tool is pretty simple to use, you just add the files that you want to convert and hit "Decode". Just ignore all the other options.
