It's over already? I guess they got started earlier than some of the other shows.

"New song" was the exact feeling. Don't get people's hopes up like that!
As one of the many who have been disappointed with the screaming lately (and by lately, I mean the past 15 years) I was ecstatic about this show. Gord can still sing when he wants to. Lots of people have said this over the past few years, and I have come back from shows disappointed, wondering why people can't admit the truth. Not this time. Songs that are never played live, like pigeon camerama, the wherewithal and lionized, were standouts. im not sure if it was the venue or the band, but the band as a whole has never sounded better. This was a great show, on par with the 2009 tour. My wife and I wished they'd played twice as long, and at recent shows I've dragged her to, she has wanted to leave early. The venue looked to be sold out and probably had 2000 people or so. The girl who ripped my ticket said she had never seen so many canadian IDs, and she had only seen about 15 Americans.
Of note, show started promptly at 7:30 ended at 9:15. There was some DJ/club night after. Anyone going to another show this tour, make sure you look into the show start time, as it clearly varies.

Great show, really good run in both the regular sets, plus it was cool to hear some FC songs that I hadn't heard live in a while (Lionized and Wherewithal -15 years each for me) or others first time ever.
I've got the Toronto, London, and Buffalo shows coming up, hope they're just as good. But glad to see them in the small venue before those arena shows.

I totally understand about dragging the wife to shows and her wanting to leave early. I've dragged mine to plenty of shows (Hip and non Hip) over the years. LOL

It hit me right after I posted the setlist that the song I thought was new was off We Are The Same.

Ugh...going from "new song" excitement to "exact feeling"...glad they pulled it out in Boston, not at my show....one of my least fave hip songs ever...that said, glad to see the deep cuts showing up! Save the Penguin for London though!

Have a feeling we may get it in Kingston due to
its ties with G and this performance:

Fiddlers and Exact Feeling...... I dig it!
I know a few on here have put Exact Feeling into the "Not like so much" pile but I really like that song. Even though the lyrics are a bit simplistic for GD standards, I can really relate. Hope they keep digging deep... of course Last American Exit or Another Midnight would be the grandest of all rarities.....

This show was my Christmas present. First time in Boston and yes...my first Hip show. Simply awesome!
