Any chance someone could upload the 12-31-1999 NYE audio show - My copy is corrupt.
I used to put cd stickers/labels on some of my cd's and I believe the glue/ink leaks through and makes the cd unplayable.
I have some other shows I also lost this way - I guess I will request those soon also.
I have been having a discussion with some people about Gems being played as the clock struck midnight on New Years eve - So I wanted to give them a copy of Gems so they could re-live it.
Thanks

I have the MP3s... I can zip and post them here If you'd like?

That would be great. I am looking for Gems mostly right now - just to jog their memories.
I would also still like a lossless copy from someone someday if they could upload it.

Wouldn't it be cool if all the great recordings were available for free download in lossless or MP3, with a searchable database??? Oh how I long for The Hip to be on archive.org.

In the meantime, Sean can you upload it to my FTP site? I'll add the Zipped MP3s to thehundredthmeridian.com as that show isn't there yet.

I certainly can, except I can't exactly find what that site is. Here is a megaupload link to the .zip file. I'll still upload it to your ftp if given some quick instruction on how to do so.
