IP Address Locked out of the Hip Tracker??

How am I supposed to contact them to get my login reinstated?
It won't let me click anything??

The server gives you 6 warnings before it blocks an IP address... why did you use up all 6?
What is your username and IP address?

The warning was on the left of the page. I was using the login in the center, and I was just trying to remember my password. I didn't notice the message it was going to ban me
