Yes, usually radio edits are made to any songs with swearing or that run longer than most radio stations are willing to play. I know there have been a few of these from promo singles and whatnot.

If you're just looking for censored songs, you can always open up the MP3s of the original song in Audacity (a free music editor you can download here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net) and generate static over each curse word. Not that you'll really find many in Hip songs.

Don't mean to be mean, but i'm curious: what do you want radio edits for, anyway? A kid's party or something?
