My biggest problem with TLB is the fact that everytime someone posts something he disagrees with he starts fights with them and causes problems.Even in his replys hes so over the top and over the edge and dare I say a bit of a drama queen, I cant even read the whole post where he bashses me its so long and drawn out.
We all have to take this for what it is, a bunch of people here to listen to the hip and no matter what some poeple think they arent better traders or concert tapers just cause they tape more or offer A higher quality copy of a show. It's about getting the shows to everyone who wants them.
TLB is no better then anyone on this board although he may believe he is!

BL420, here's a reply better suited to your attention span & reading level.

I don't actually start a fight every single time someone disagrees with me, but there have been a couple of instances with people like you. Instead of vastly generalizing and being "over the top" yourself, please get it right. I'm explanitory because words on a screen hardly convey the meaning you want.

As for my posting style, I don't continually post, I usually just wait until I boil over. If I caused as much of a disturbance as you insinuate, I'd be banned by now. The fact is there truly are a few select people who provide the majority of bootlegs, and they really are a cut above the rest (by no means am I one of them - I haven't even begun to make the type of contributions these people have). You have to dig alot deeper into the past to understand. I definitely believe those folks deserve alot more credit and respect than they are ever given. Everyone else is just the same to me, no better, no worse.

Good idea.

I think both TLB and Bootlegger420 have made some good points and voiced their opinions. It seems that while you both still disagree, cooler heads are prevaling.

I have met TLB(The Lost Barilko) on other boards in the Hip community. He has been around for a long time and I respect his Hip knowledge and vast collection of boots. Bootlegger420(Shane) is a name I am not totally familiar with yet. I have read some of his posts and he seems like an intelligent guy. I hope both of you will remain active here.

personally I like it when peeps argue on here. It makes me laugh. We don't need to take things to heart. Most of the time we are just blabin anyhoo. I have traded with shane before with absolutely no complaints. I haven't traded with tlb yet but would like to. Keep it up guys this is great. Can I come out to cowtown and watch shane lodge your head further up your behind? HA HA! tlb you must be a genius or a doctor or something to assume everyone reading level is so far below yours? Lighten up a little, remember you are the genius we are just painters.

The rest of my shows from Peter at last showed up today, about five months after the initial order. A couple of dates were not right, and a couple were video instead of audio. But I'm not going to complain. Some very cool stuff throughout. Hope you're feeling better, Pete.

hi
I know it's been a very long time and I am honestly really sorry.. I have been going through some old messages here... I thought I had gotten everyone's shows out, but I must have been mistaken. Please let me know what I need to send you in order to make you happy.

thank you

Great to see you're back at the Hipbase, Peter. Thank you for the DVDs and CDs I have gotten from you in the past. I hope you have regained your health and all is well.
