Now that you mention it the copy on my drive looks like that too... I highly doubt they are syncing it -- could just be a poor recording because at the end he throws in that "... no one compares to you" piece that obviously isn't part of the lyrics.

I know they aren;t faking it....for a second I thought it was me.

I downloaded this performance off of a file sharing network, and the outro was cut off, but everything was in sync. The picture on this version is definetly more clear.

Yeah, I was going to mention the audio, but I didn't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, so to speak.

It's not lip-synched, the audio isn't in sync with the video. You can see it when Akyroyd introduces them. Not that i'm complaining, though, i'd only seen the "Grace, Too" performance occasionally in old re-runs of SNL, and i'd never seen them do "Nautical Disaster" at the end.
