lucky you!!! i was told there was 56 new posts and now i dont know which ones they are. I miss those yellow flags

I just have the Forum Index as a favorite and go to that, rather than the Hipbase home page. When I look at my stats at the frontpage first, it regards that as a separate viewing of the forum(I think) so there are no new posts in the 3 seconds between loading the frontpage and the forums.
But making the forum index a favorite and going straight to it seems to work great.

I have to sign in everytime now. Even when I click the REMEMBER ME box. Then I go to the home page, and can click on the View posts since last time, and it shows all the new posts. I HATE HAVING TO SIGN IN EVERYTIME LANCE.

I lucky dont have to sign in everytime. I will try SoylentGreg idea, at least that way i can still get the yellow flags

yep. that is what i have done, too.
Must be something in my code I guess? The link is the same? Back to the drawing board.
