Many like me cannot tape show because we cannot afford good gear to do it with. I am not interested in contributing another sh*tty AUD boot, even if it was the only copy of a show that existed. I say if you can't get pleasure from listening to it, it's not worth having - and there are lots of Hip boots that aren't a joy to listen to.
I am saving - seriously - for the day when I can get a great compact digital recorder and the best small mics around. I want to tape lots of bands, not just the Hip, but the stuff you need is mucho expensivo. I can't even order a pizza without wondering what I might have to sacrifice.
Anyway, back to the original point...it's rare to find a show few people have. It's a great experience to "discover" a trader outside of the major Hip community "loop", as it were, and have a couple great rare boots t spread around. There are so many hundreds of Hip boots easily available that it's nice to hold some closer than others so you actually have a "commodity" in demand.
I've got to hide, the quotation mark police are after me...

Lance, what are you getting at? And what Hip show was in Montreal during 2003?
As far as a need for more tapers, sign me up, as long as someone else can bankroll my equipment needs
This tour I am going to video tape every show I go to, venue permitting, and I will be getting them out to the other fans as fast as humanly possible. I have been listening to a lot of Howie Day boots lately and the tapers for the current tour have been racing to get their recordings up on archive.org. sometimes even the next morning!!

Sorry, I was talking about the Dave Matthews Band shows In Toronto and Montreal in 2003. Someone is hoarding them.

hmmm I remember seeing a IEM version of the Montreal show in alt.binaries.shn.dmb and according to
http://www.dmbshn.tk someone there said they are willing to seed the Montreal show.
But you right about TO, there actually wasn't many tapers. I think Molson Amphitheatre has a terrible rep for taping. I only saw one taper with a mike stand and he was front row. He had his mikes 20 ft. in the air
right in front of the right speakers. I think I also saw this taper at a couple of Hip shows in 2002.

Thanks for seeding it, but I only got 19%. Can a few others offer seeds? I would greatly appreciate it.

OK, I've got it open now. I'll leave it open for about 20 hours, but then I'm out of here! Good luck...

Thanks to everyone who seeded. I got it all, and I'll be seeding it for the next few days if anyone else want it.
