OK everyone, get your computers ready, and clear off about 4Gb so that you can download my DVD of Friday's show at The ACC.

I'll have it posted to the tracker within the hour... :thumb:

I'm glad that a bunch of people jumped right on this; hopefully this will improve the speed of the distribution.

For any newbies out there, please don't think that shows normally become available this quickly; although I wish that we had a culture like DMB where the tapers seem to be competing with one another for who can get their recordings out the quickest.

Enjoy the DVD everyone, and as usual, your comments are welcome.

On a side note, I have to say "Thank You!" to markslog for loaning me his monopod for this recording.

Additionally, mansized eldorado sent me over 100 digital photos that he took and colour corrected, which I intended to include on the DVD, but unfortunately there wasn't enough space on the disc.

I was thinking that if everyone who has concert pics could send them to me, I'll put together an anthology of concert pics from this year, make a DVD with menus and music, and post it on the tracker. Thoughts, comments and contributions can be sent my way.

I thought you could just watch them using DVD decoding software on your computer (is this wrong?)...

If I'm not right about this, I should probably stop wasting bandwidth and not download it, so could someone let me know?

Yes, you can still watch it. I don't think it will function the same...i.e. you won't be able to choose any of the menu options, but you can still play the individual vob files.
